Product Overview
A part of plastic raw materials or some recycled plastics often contain trace moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, and thereby affect the performance and appearance of the related products. Eliminating moisture by the traditional process of the electric thermal dryer requires dry the raw materials in advance, which will cause inconvenience, and there are a lot of deficiencies such as the low production efficiency resulting from the extension of time, power consumption, ***erioration of the processing environment, as well as the increase in the cost of production.
PE985T is a new functional master-batch designed to resolve the bubbles generated during the plastic products processing which uses the PE¡¢PP raw materials. The master-batch may be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials before the plastic molding processing, which make us carry out molding processing without the drying process, so it is user-friendly, and can improve the production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Products Applications
PE985T can be widely used in the HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP renewable materials and the wetting plastic.

Product Features
1. Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight;
2. The processing performance: it has excellent processing performance, has good co***tibility with PE¡¢PP matrix, and the ordinary equipments can be used, without changing of the processing technology, it can reduce shrinkage rate of the related products, as well as shorten the processing cycle.
3. An ideal additive: non-toxic, non-stimulation, good plasticizing, uniform particle size.
4. Printing performance: good printing performance.
